Hello, First time botox user and Got 20 units in the forehead and the "11's". The posted picture is the first day of botox, the 3rd day, and the morning of the 4th day from left to right. I'm definitely noticing smoothing in the center of the forehead but the sides and "11's" are taking longer to kick in. Is there a reason everything wouldn't kick in at once? Is it likely to continue to progress? I have a follow up with my doctor at day 7 but was just interested in your thoughts.

Without a photo or in-person examination it's hard to say exactly what's contributing to the appearance that you describe. That being said however, in many cases a square jaw is due to enlargement of the masseter muscle. This can be improved in a few ways....

The most likely cause of the mark on your forehead is due to the mask. Hopefully by now your line has resolved. Best of luck!
