Botox in combination with steroids (Dexamethasone) can cause of double chin lipolysis but not because Botox , simply due to steroid action. Do not waist your money on this kind of Lipolysis , it is not worth it .

I can't imagine why anyone would offer this. Botox has no lipolytic effects, and dexamethasone, only inconsistent ones. It sounds like an expensive alternative to other tried and true treatments which do work. Mesotherapy has been used for years and is especially popular in France and South America. Recently the makers of Botox have come up with their own branded alternative, Kybella. I'd stick to these treatments. Be sure to go to an experienced injectors. These injections can have up to a 4% risk of leaving your smile uneven - an effect which can last for up to 18months. Good technique is crucial!
