I had four units (two injection points) high up in the frontalis muscle on my forehead and two units each side in my crows feet area. I had very minimal, if any, static lines. My concern is that my corrugator and procerus were not also injected. Should I expect any eyebrow drop from this? I take quite well to minimal amounts of Botox so hence the low doses.

Answer: Brow drop from Botox? Hello Truquoise22,Thank you for your question. How long ago was your Botox injection? If around two weeks ago you will have your answer in that by this time what was injected will be fully working. Secondly the doses you describe are very low and mentioning "high up on frontalis" would also make any significant drop unlikely. Should you experience an unwanted drop you can always return to your injector and have your corrugators and procerus injected with a small amount of Botox to counterbalance. Doesn't sound like you need to worry too much. Be well.

Answer: Eyebrow drop Hello, The eyebrow drops when the injector fail to recognize the anatomical landmark. In order to preserve the eyebrow the injection of the forehead should remain 1.5 cm away from the eyebrow when approaching the lateral part of the forehead. Few patients might require extra treatment on the forehead if they are still pulling the lateral forehead after two weeks. We are always conservative with patients with history of facial trauma or eyelid surgery as these patients are vulnerable to those complications. Best of luck
