Help, I don’t know what I need to do for my chin. I’ve always been insecure and felt like I have a strong yet also weak chin? When I smile I have extra fat I guess you could say. But what would you recommend to fix my chin

Thank you for your pictures. You have a bit of unique situation. At rest your chin aesthetics are very good but when you smile you have a very active mentalis muscle that changes the aesthetics of your chin. The solution is most likely NOT a surgical. It may be beneficial to have minute doses of BOTOX in the muscle to slightly lessen the muscle's activity when you smile. The result must keep the muscle in balance so that it is less active when you smile and NOT weakened excessively when the muscle is at rest causing droopiness to the chin and lip. An in-depth consultation would be required before any treatment would be rendered. Best wishes!

From the limited photographs, or appears at the projection of your chin is just fine. If you're interested in widening your chin only from the front profile, then you can consider placement of a pre-Jowl implant, since you have a prominent pre-Jowl sulcus on each side, but only from the front profile.

I think your assessment is accurate.
My best guess is that your chin or mentalis region of your mandible has a strong forward projection, while at the same time the body of your mandible is short and lacking in size and projection.
Part of the mandible is small, and part of it is large.
I suggest consulting with oral surgeons, who I think will have an upper hand in regards to both quality assessments and treatment options over plastic surgeons.
There is some crossover in this type of work for the two specialties.
Some plastic surgeons may have a strong background in these type of procedures, while others may not. 
In my training program, mandibular surgery was taught on the more theoretical or book level rather than strong hands on experience.
Other plastic surgeons may have far better educational, and hands-on experience with more advanced mandibular surgery experience.You may want to look for plastic surgeons who’ve done the cranio facial fellowship training or simply consult with both plastic surgeons and oral surgeons in your community.
