13 weeks post op Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty. Will the tip drop any more at this point?

You should continue to have some changes to your tip complex over the course of the first year after rhinoplasty.  In general, the tip complex has usually "settled" by three months. However, further change can occur and will depend on whether or not a cartilage strut was placed, and if so...what the size and shape of it was.

As a general rule, after tip surgery there's an almost obligatory appearance of elevation. It could be a slight change in the columella-tip angle giving the illusion of elevation or it could actually be slightly up do to healing and the initial dressing. Regardless, the tip always settles down over three months or so but it can take a year or more for the new contour to show depending on skin thickness. Patience is a necessity in all rhinoplasty surgery, cosmetic or not.

After about 3 months the tip is unlikely to drop any further. The healing has already mostly taken place and there is one change likely to happen from here, which is gradual reduction in swelling.
If you are unhappy about the position of yr tip you should probably talk to your surgeon about it.
