I dropped my mobile on my nose tip after 2 months of rhinoplasty?

I had an open rhinoplasty, 2 months ago. I accidently dropped my phone on the tip of the nose while switching off the alarm .I felt some numbness or stiffness at the moment but no bleeding nor pain. No swelling. Is i caused any damaged to my nose? Am so worried about my final structure of my nose.
