Your scars are more visible than desired, but will improve with time. Make sure you protect the area from the sun by using sun block. You can cover the color with makeup. The scars are awful.  However, they should soften in time.  An Alexandrite Q-switched laser can be used to remove pigmentation and this might be helpful for your scar.  The BioCornium does nothing so do not expect a lot from this.  Time is very helpful.  What is going on with your left upper eyelid?

This skin usually heals very well, but can sometimes get either darker or can stay red for quite a while in the outer corner.  The biocorneum is an excellent silicone cream which can help with scarring.  You can also use some sort of bleaching cream to help with the darkness of the scar.  We use one that has both hydroquinone and kojic acid.  Ask your doctor about getting a bleaching cream.  Some steroid cream can also help.  And make sure you use good sunblock everyday to the corners.  It will get better!     

Thank you for sharing your case and photos.  I'm sorry to hear that you are having some trouble after your lower blepharoplasty.  Although I've never heard of the product you mentioned, it is important to follow your surgeon's advice.  The eyelids are the most forgiving area of the body for healing.  The best advice I can give you is to wear sunglasses outdoors to prevent the incision from becoming darker.  If it was placed close enough to your lash line, the shadow of your eyelashes will make it nearly invisible.  Otherwise, it may need to be raised (if possible) to help you heal better.  Good luck!

The redness can last quite some time, 6 weeks is a short time. It is important to cover them with sunblock if outside.  Best of luck.

It is far too early to see the final result.  Certainly it is appropriately to use massage, injection, and topical therapy.  Perhaps laser would be helpful at a later date, but the pigment issue needs to be addressed
