Is it possible a breast augmentation suture didn't dissolve?

Sunsetdia
After 1 year of BA I felt a lump, a bit painful below the breast near incision. I met with the cance doctor, had mammogram, sonogram and biopsy. The results were in and it show it was pus. I was prescribe antibiotics. Follow up a sonogram was done and it show the lump had gotten much smaller. Follow up doctor stated it would get better. However, at times I feel pain, is it possible a suture wasn’t dissolve.
