What are symptoms of a breast infection after a BA then root canal?

Implant infections are manifest by incredibly painful and red breasts.  There is no subtle breast infection.

Thank you for your question.It is recommended to have your dentist prescribe antibiotics for a dental procedure following a breast augmentation. Signs of infection usually include redness, tenderness, warmth, fever/chills/night sweats. Nykiel.  I am a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, a Fellowship Trained Cosmetic Surgeon, and a Cosmetic Breast Augmentation Specialist.Having a breast infection does not seem likely given how far you are post-op.  It is important to monitor any symptoms and signs of infection such as fever, swelling, redness and increase pain/tenderness.  If you do think you have an infection make an appointment to see your surgeon.

An infection around a Breast Implant is an emergency, and not something that can be evaluated via the Internet. Follow-up with your plastic surgeon. If your pain is worsening, you have redness, warmth or fever seek urgent care. If you are on antibiotics, take them as directed, take all of them and keep your follow-up appointment, even if it feels better. If the antibiotics are causing problems, call your plastic surgeon and let them help you. Most importantly, seek in-person care.

are miniscule and if your symptoms are only of the pains and tingling you mention, you likely do not have any infection.  Infections present as progressive swelling, increasing redness and induration and pains, and fevers.  If you do not appreciate any of this, infection is not likely in your case.  An exam would provide a definitive answer so have your surgeon check you.
