I have an infection in my face after Juvederm Vollure -- Is this a biofilm? (Photos)

taramisu77
About a month ago I had Juvederm Vollure injected in my face. About 5 days after (2nd picture shows how my face returned to normal after procedure) I developed this infection. I saw a reputable Dermotologist (his PA administered it to me, she does a lot of the fillers and Botox). They put me on a round of Bactrin and I took the whole course. 3 days later the infection was back. Now my Dr (saw the dermo) has me on doxycycline and told me I will have to take it for 3-12 months! Is this a biofilm?
