1 year 1/2 post surgery. What is causing persisting pain? Is revision possible and does it help in this case?

Er.aa
I'm in a trauma from the constant pain and loss of sensation.A lott of tissue were removed and i don't feel any pleasure anymore. It looks like the skin under my hood is fused to the sides of clitoris and frenulum and it feels like my clit is being ripped apart. Also the pink vestibule skin is pulled outside and gives constant pain and irritation. My dr gave me a steroid cream for scars which shrank the skin. I have nerve pain like acid inside tissue. Is it possible a revision with these issues?
