Any providers who have administered both Ultherapy and Scarlet RF to tighten sagging skin on the face? Is one treatment better?

The skin on my face has started to sag now that I am older and have loss volume in my face. I've always thought I would get Ultherapy but a physician recommended Scarlet RF as the results have been greater than with Ultherapy.

Hi Rungirl,I have been performing Ultherapy and combining it with Profound RF with excellent results.  In addition we many times with add a superficial fractionated CO laser and PRP (platelet rich plasma.)  When rejuvenation modalities are combined, results improve.  Be sure to choose your treating physician carefully based on their skill, experience, knowledge, and natural artistic vision. Scarlet RF is just a form of radiofrequency microneedling. We use Ultherapy, and the Genius Microneedling RF which in my opinion is far superior than the Scarlet. Both Ultherapy and RF Microneedling can help tighten loose skin. The key is knowing who is an appropriate candidate for each treatment. For this you would need an in-person consultation and examination. I would recommend seeing an experienced physician who has multiple treatment options available. Best wishes.

Uktherapy and Thermage FLX are the gold standards for skin tightening.  You may also wish to add Sculptra to your plan.  We have seen very nice results combining Ultherapy and Sculptra.

In order to tighten and firm your skin, I would suggest combining Secret RF with Fraxel. You can then have a PDO thread lift after those treatments. Ultherapy is more commonly used around the jaw line, and even then, requires several painful sessions to achieve any kind of result.
