There is really no way to answer this question other than to say it depends. I would need to know the precise settings for your Ultherapy treatment and the specific procedure you would like to do as a follow up. Superficial chemical or laser peels can usually be performed within a couple of weeks after Ultherapy. Deeper treatments will likely need to wait longer. There is no one way to answer your question correctly. It depends on the parameters used with Ultherapy and the type of laser and chemical peel.  I avoid doing fractional or non fractional ablative lasers such as Carbon Dioxide laser resurfacing and medium depth chemical peels at the same time of Ultherapy especially  if I utilize the 1.5mm. transducer when doing Ultherapy as this can induce some temporary welts. The welts may not heal well if they are concurrently treated with aggressive laser resurfacing or a chemical peel and even with a medium laser.  It's best to wait a few weeks to ensure there is minimal swelling in the skin when having a laser or chemical peel.On the other hand I can do Ultherapy with the 3mm. or 4.5 mm.transducers and simultaneously do Fraxel Dual laser or a light chemical peel.The information provided in Dr. Shelton's answer is for educational purposes only and is not intended to constitute medical advice.  The information provided should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultations with a qualified health professional who may be familiar with your individual medical needs

Unless you were treated with a superficial applicator you could do it as soon as 1-2 weeks after your treatment. Please contact a qualified provider or a board-certified physician with extensive experience in these procedures.

Since Ultherapy is not a treatment that breaks the skin, we typically would recommend waiting at least a week for any initial swelling to subside and then you should be totally fine to do laser treatments or peels.
