Hi Thatonegirl,Ultherapy should not impede conception with ivf.  Ultherapy does create micro-controlled burns of tissue below the surface of the skin which results in lifting and tightening.  There have not been any studies on Ultherapy and IVF.  If you wish to be on the safe side then you should wait until after your pregnancy to have Ultherapy.  Good luck with you IVF.Dr. P

Unless Ultherapy is applied directly to the pelvic area, it can’t prevent pregnancy. It should be completely safe. Consult your doctor to know more about this procedure.
