If fat repositioning under my eyes created a hole in my orbital area, what are my options for revising it?

Katy.445627
I was not a candidate for fat repositioning, but the dr told me I was and promised an 80% Improvement in the look of my under eyes. All I had was a light teartrough line. No fat Bags whatsoever. The results from this procedure are devastating. I am left with a clear line of where the fat was moved. And a hole in my orbit. What are my options to revise this? The hollowness is not in my tear trough. It is in my orbit area directly underneath my eye.It has been 6 months since the original surgery.
