I'm sorry you are unhappy with your result. Volume can be added back to the orbit via surgical revision, fat grafting or filler. These revision surgeries can be difficult and you need to see an eyelid expert in person for a consultation.

The word she used to describe what happened and what you currently look like are insufficient to get a clear understanding of what the problem is.
No one is going to give you a quality assessment or useful recommendation other than to consult with other providers.
If you want an assessment which is needed to give a recommendation then you will have to include proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have those then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.
Vetting plastic surgeons and having multiple in person consultations before committing to permanent and possibly irreversible procedures is in patient’s best interest.
The lower eyelid region is very complex, not well understood by some providers and is not easy to get quality predictable results.
For a proper second opinion consultation I suggest you schedule those as in person consultations coming prepared with copies of your previous operative report and proper before and after pictures. These are available from your surgeons office if you request them. They are part of your medical record.
