I’m 33 and have lost a lot of cheek volume in the last 4 years. The result is a diagonal line (festoon?) under my eye running from the inside corner to the mid cheek. In addition to making me look tired/ sick it also makes my resting face look unfriendly. I got too much sun in my 20s. Recently I’ve been religiously using toner, moisturize and sun screen, but the lines persist. What lifestyle changes can I make to help or prevent it from getting worse? Or what are my surgical options? Thanks!
Answer: Under the eye lines treatment with PRP and fillers. As you have stated that you have lost a lot of volume, and as a result you are noticing the lines under the eyes and extending into the mid cheek area. In my opinion you should consider the combination of PRP and HA based filler such as Juvederm or Restylane. The PRP will enhance the results by improving the volume and by producing neocollagenesis.

Answer: Line/Wrinkles/Under Eye -- Fillers Belotero, Juvederm Volbella; Laser Like Fraxel/Co2/J Plasma; Microneedling/PRP; Peels Thank you for the photos, a combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve lines under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. I hope this was helpful. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Cheeks Hey Ben - youll get a great result from cheek volume injections and a slight masculine looking lift - if you still have tear troughs after this I'd consider injecting them then, but would certainly do it in that order.

Answer: Lines under eyes Hello, Looking at the photos, it is possible to inject filler in the cheek apple area. That would improve the face structure and quite likely the issue would be resolved. Best Ray Bayati, MD

Answer: Under the eye treatmnet Hi and thanks for your questionYou are a very good candidate for filler injection in the tear through area.By injection of small amount of filler you can get some lifting effect and more smoothness in this area and generally more fresh looking. This injection needs an advanced injector who is familiar with the anatomy of the area and good experience. I recommend to consult wit an expert injector
