What fillers would u recommend and the cost , and how long it lasts . And will I notice the results straight away or will I need to keep paying for procedure to notice any affect.
Answer: Dermal fillers in lower cheek area Dermal fillers in the lower cheek area will definitely provide you with a more youthful appearance. the amount of filler is dependent upon your expectations. My recommendation is to try 2 syringes of filler and see how long it lasts and whether you are happy with the result. If you feel you need more and it doesn’t last as long then facial fat transfer may be the route to go down.

Answer: Loss of volume Hello Charlotte, you have retained your great cheek bones but yes you’ve lost volume in your lower cheeks. Sculptra is definitely your best option. I’d use 2 vials every month for 2 or 3 months and I would use cannula globally. This is a collagen stimulator and results are best seen 3 -6 months later. I can’t see your temples but a common mistake is to fill the lower face and neglect hollow temples which then gives you an un-natural look.

Answer: Facial Volume Hi Charlotte – firstly thank you for the question and photograph. I can see there is some volume loss to the lower face (as you’ve described) and there a few options to restore this. I would probably recommend a combination of skin treatments and filler. Filler would be an option that provides immediate results. The type of filler I would use would last 9 months to a year but if used in combination with skin treatments, this would likely last longer. Without examining you face to face is difficult to predict totally treatment cost, i would recommend booking a consultation with a Doctor who can advise you further. I hope this helps. Answer: Sculptra for facial volume loss I think you would benefit from treatment with Sculptra Aesthetic, a collagen stimulating filler. Sculptra is my go to filler for facial volume loss. On average, patients require 2 vials per session, 2-3 sessions total spaced at 1 month intervals. Once the treatments are complete, the results are maintain with one Sculptra treatment session as year.

Answer: Not enough facial volume Thanks for the question, and for the photo. In my experience, the significant overall lack of facial volume that appears in your photo is best treated with a collagen stimulating agent like Sculptra. Depending on the patient's age, and their ability to produce new collagen through stimulation, it will take 2-3 sessions to create aesthetically pleasing new facial volume. Most patients then require a session at least once a year to maintain the result and keep up with ongoing loss of facial volume which occurs in everyone over the age of 40. I hope this helps.
