Which procedure options would help minimize the appearance of my eye bags and tear troughs (photo)

At home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (MTS roller with anteage MD ampules) should be started now. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. A surgical option to remove skin and/or fat will such as lower eyelid blepharoplasty with or without fat pad repositioning will be the best long term. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles without surgery. Non invasive less downtime options such as fillers (Belotero, Juvederm Volbella​), lasers (Moxi/Halo/Fraxel/CO2​), Renuvion (J-Plasma), microneedling/PRP, stem cells and microneedling RF like Fractora PiXel8 or Morpheus can all help give some improvement. Accutite can often be used or stronger lasers like erbium or co2 spot treatment can tighten the skin and give very quick improvement in wrinkles and texture. Its hard to tell based on the photo so I would reccomend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to determine if the issue is more skin laxity or lack of fullness, because that will change the treatment options!

You can only see a portion of your under eyes in the photo provided--it would be helpful if you could send a better photo! Generally, however, the most definitive treatment for undereye hollows (especially when they're genetic) is a lower lid blepharoplasty with fat transfer. Some patients with minor hollows can be treated with fillers, as well.

Unfortunately, the photo provided does not reveal enough to make more specific recommendations. However, in general, HA fillers have been used for many years now by experienced cosmetic dermatologist injectors for treating tear troughs and for masking under eye bags, particularly those in the early stage of development. Since the upper cheek region immediately below the under-eyes serves as a major support for the infraorbital region, not uncommonly the mere use of a robust HA filler to this area by itself can improve both tear troughs and bags. The photo you provided only shows a portion of your eye area. Perhaps you can supply another photo that shows your entire eye area. In general, there are a few options to help improve bags below the eyes and tear trough depressions. Surgery can be done to directly address the protruding fat that can cause eye bags, or a filler can sometimes be used below the bags to help camouflage them.
