Revision blepharoplasty? Too much skin was taken & 1 inner corner is pulled tightly (Photos)

I had an upper Bleph in 2011 or 2012. I feel like too much skin was taken AND in one eye the inner corner seems pulled tightly (think Kenny Rogers). Can this be fixed and how? Thank you!

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photos you still have extra skin above your eyes. Also your eye corners are downward. For get rid of this image and gain more fresh, young look I recommend you revision upper eyelid blepharoplasty and endoscopic brow lift surgery. Best Regards!

There are options now for reconstructing the upper eyelid crease and cleaning up the appearance of crepey eyelid platform skin. The challenge is that very few eyelid surgeons you are likely to see understand these options. They are just very highly specialized. It is possible to address may unsatisfactory issues with a prior blepharoplasty. Please review the link below and watch my video to understand how this is accomplished. There is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment. Be certain that you are seeing a surgeon who specialized in performing aesthetic revisional surgery. It is not the same skill set practiced by most eyelid specialists.
