2 months post op uppers and lowers, persistent eyebags and change in eye shape. What can I do to improve this? (Photo)

I 29F had upper and lower blepharoplasty 2 months ago and i strongly dislike my results the eyebags are still very obvious and only changed in contour in one eye in the other it’s a bit less and the upperlids i feel my doctor was too aggressive and completely removed the hood which i can’t accept the new shape i asked for a simple improvement all my doctor says is wait till it’s 6 months.
