I 29F had upper and lower blepharoplasty 2 months ago and i strongly dislike my results the eyebags are still very obvious and only changed in contour in one eye in the other it’s a bit less and the upperlids i feel my doctor was too aggressive and completely removed the hood which i can’t accept the new shape i asked for a simple improvement all my doctor says is wait till it’s 6 months.

Hello! Thank you for your question.As fr as I can see from your photos you dislike your eye shape so the revision surgery will not change it. Your eyes are very rounded and downward for more upward and slanted look I suggest cat eye procedure. With this procedure you will have more elegant look around your eyes. Best Regards!

Nice posted photos of before and afters. I might try nano fat grafting to upper lid hollows with same fat to tear troughs or HA filler like VoBella. Expect fees in$3,000 ranges
