Recommendation for upper blepharoplasty scars, pitted and purple hues?

I am devastated by this procedure. It has worsened my confidence beyond belief. I did surgery in October 2021. Ive undergone a few different lasers and microneedling since. I dont think it has improved much, not enough for me to feel comfortable without my hair covering my face. Would a revision help?
