I am exactly 8 days post op. I had an FUE HT. My scalp seems to be feeling more normal than the past 7 days. I still have the hairs in the recipient area from the grafts. I had an unrelated dr appointment yesterday. My blood pressure was slightly high at 140/70 my oxygen level was at 98 which they said was good. I’m wondering if there are positive signs that can be observed this early as I’m told the first few days are crucial. Would it be obvious if you lost a graft? Or damaged it?

If you are considering another surgery it would be best to discuss your options with a doctor. You need to explain to your doctor your goals and expectations. The doctor needs to examine you to give you a better assessment of your donor area.
No not at all. Fine hair can have densities as much as coarse hair. However it does play a factor in the planning of the transplant. Go see a hair specialists to receive an in person evaluation.
