I did hair transplant 8 months back,at a clinic in Kathmandu, Nepal. They have completely ruined my donor area and I am not happy with recipient area. At this point, I just need some help to fix the donor area as it looks terrible.

There several solutions to consider.  First of all, the best solution is to avoid overharvesting and consider the use of regenerative techniques during the initial harvest.  Once a detectable pattern is present, consider the use of SMP (scalp micropigmentation).  Best Dr. Anil Shah

I would suggest that you consult an ISHRS.org physician. Micro tattooing in the donor area may be your best option.

Well I have to say that I feel for you because we as professionals do not like to see this overharvesting of donor areas from inexperienced clinics. The best action to take is to consult with an EXPERIENCED scalp micropigmentation (SMP) clinic. If you really want to be aggressive you could opt for adding body hair from chest, arms, legs, etc also from an experienced clinic in BHT to add hair back into the donor as a filler. We provide both. Do more research.
