FUE hair transplant - 6 months post op. Is it really ok to rub my head with a towel?

Hi, I'm exactly 6 months post op and am pleased with the results so far. My only concern is that after I shower in the morning my hair takes forever to air dry. Is it really ok to rub my head with a towel? I heard someone say it can damage the new hair if you rub very hard with a towel everyday. The last thing I want is my new hair to go sparse

There is no correlation with high density of hair and the caliber of the hair.  You would need high density of hair if you have a very fine caliber of hair to achieve the same look of fullness than those with coarse caliber of hair.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Some doctors advocate washing your hair staring the day after surgery.
