I’m a 46 years old male, that has been having fillers injected in the tear through area for some years. Recently I decided to have a proper Lower eye lid blepharoplasty with a well renowned Maxillo-facial surgeon here in Portugal and at my consultation when we discuss about dissolving the filler beforehand the doctor told me that during surgery once he has my eyes opened up it can be removed there and then. Because I read so much about dissolving beforehand is this something that can be done?
