Hi, so I have noticed over the years that one of my eyelids is WAY bigger than the other one at time it feel very bulgy and uncomfortable do I go to my eye doctor for this??

Your best option would be a blepharoplasty. This would remove the excess skin from the upper eyelid, reducing the folds/creases and creating more symmetry. Brow lifts can also help to improve upper eyelid laxity. Your right brow is slightly higher than the left, so a lift would also improve the asymmetry between the brows as well.

Your right eye does appear to be more prominent than your left. I would recommend that you seen an ophthalmologist for an examination to check out your eye health, retina, vision, and ensure that no intraorbital mass is responsible for this.

Issues related to uneven eyelids or eyelid. Position is probably best managed by an ocular plastic surgeon. Eyelid ptosis is the condition when the eyelid sits lower Than ideal potentially blocking the visual field. Visual field exams can be done by optometrists, but a quality assessment is probably better done by an ocular plastic surgeon who cannot only do the assessment, but also offer treatment.
This type of treatment is also performed by plastic surgeons and facial plastic surgeons. Complex situation like unilateral eyelid. Ptosis is a bit more complex and this may be better done by those who specialize exclusively in eyelid surgery.
