Is it possible to widen my nose after an alar base reduction that made it too small? (photos)

Had rhinoplasty to thin my nose I thought was too wide. I only wanted a small change but too much was taken so aesthetically it makes my nose look too small and pinched for my face. Also had tip smoothed down but it looks and feels like my tip is collapsing. Breathing is also obstruction and very forced. What are the options for fixing this problem? Thank you!!
