Based on your photos- it appears that in the right hands- improvements can be achieved through a  revision Rhinoplasty (closed technique) with possible cartilage grafting . Keep in mind that you have thick skin which can limit the degree of refinement 

Hello,Your scars can be fixed with a revision rhinoplasty and based upon your photos you seem to have thick skin which can put some limitation. However, with pre-operation care thick skin can provide better results. You can have nice dorsum-tip transition, more balance, refined and overall narrower nose in the expert hands. You can have detailed face and nose analyses to make a customised treatment plan. Be sure that your surgeon is a professional, exprienced facial plastic surgeon.

Yes, the scars can be revised. You may want to also consider a resurfacing treatment such as dermabrasion to improve the quality of the scarring. In addition, based on your photos he may be a good candidate for cartilage work to improve the appearance of the bridge as well as the tip. This is especially the case if you have thicker skin. Hi,Sorry that you had a bad experience. The nostrils can be revised by correcting the incision points. However, this may make your nose look slightly smaller however the asymmetry in the nostrils may still be there. This procedure can be done under local anasthesia as an out patient. Best,Dr.S.
