I had primary Rhinoplasty w rib cartilage & DCF to build a nose bridge & define the tip 11months ago.I love how my nose look when I first got it done but my nose keep going lower & shrinking as it’s healing and now at 11th month my nose is almost as my original nose.why does cartilage shrink too much and when will it stop getting smaller.I feel like I need a revision Rhinoplasty and is it possible revision Rhinoplasty will add more cartilage to build my nose higher & longer?
