Why do some people not get necrosis even if theyre on theyre 3rd plus rhino? What causes necrosis and how do doctors prevent that? Also, would you see necrosis right away or can it appear months or years after a rhino?

It is best to wait a year for your swelling to come down so that you can really evaluate what is swelling, what is poor placement / position, and what needs to be done (if anything) to fix it.
