What is the most effective and least invasive type of liposuction for the saddlebag area? I'm mid 40's, 125 pounds, just have some fat that won't go away in the saddlebag/outer thigh area and a little inner thigh too.

Answer: Liposuction The concern areas that you mentioned are commonly treated with liposuction with great results. If you have some skin laxity it may be recommended that you consider adding J Plasma to help tighten skin. Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation to learn more. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Liposuction Liposuction can be done to both areas and can be done under general anesthesia or as awake liposuction. Most surgeons will use a power-assisted liposuction device, but things like ultrasound, laser, or radiofrequency is to help tighten skin, and usually not needed for the saddle bag areas unless they are very large.
