Will 1 liter of liposuction make my stomach flat? (photo)

Question

I am having a back lift with lipo and lipo on the abdomen. In Florida I know if you combine procedures you can only take up to 1 Liter of fat. I’m wondering based on my picture, will 1 liter make my stomach flat or I require more and will be wasting my money? I am 27, 153 ibs and 5’3

One liter of liposuction will help but it wont make it flat. It will make it loose. Your stomachs biggest issue is not fat it is excess skin. I would not perform lipo only if you were my patient. Liposuction will leave you with excess skin. Your belly button is horizontal because of excess skin over it. Your mons and pubic area is loose y sagging because of fat but mostly because of excess skin as well. Energy assisted lipo or j plasma can help but I would still rather offer you a Tummy tuck with lipo for optimal results.

Thanks so much for your inquire, It depends on several factors, including your starting body composition, fat distribution, skin elasticity, and overall goals.

One liter of fat (about 2.2 pounds) removed through liposuction can create noticeable contouring, but whether it makes your stomach completely flat depends if you have a significant amount of abdominal fat, 1 liter may not be enough for a fully flat stomach.

1 liter of liposuction will be insufficient to make your stomach flat.  Also, your skin may hang after liposuction.

Go somewhere where you can get a thorough lipo done.  From your photo it would usually need 3 liters and morpheus/quantum/bodytite at the same time for the skin to tighten up and look good.

Your upper abdomen is very loose. As for the lower abdomen, the looseness has turned into sagging. Whether 1 liter or 5 liters of fat is removed, you won’t be happy with the result. The procedure that suits you best is Lipoabdominoplasty, which involves both liposuction and a tummy tuck to address both the fat and the sagging skin in your abdomen.

That would be a yes but with questions for the surgeon. Is that one liter of fat, or one liter of fat and the fluid that comes with the liposuction. The technical term for those is ‘would that be 1 liter of Supra only? or 1 liter of Supra and infra? If it is one liter of fat only, and the cost for the lipo is under 3k probably worth the change. If price is more, or the 1 liter is both fat and fluid i would seek care out of the state of Florida. Georgia is very close by and as long as you go to an accredited facility your safety will be important to anyone doing your surgery.

Hi! 1 liter of lipo will very much help but the main source of issues I see is the loose skin you have above the belly button. This won’t be relieved by lipo also. Consider j plasma or a tt if the folded skin above the belly button is an issue you want addressed

You will probably get a good result with one liter of fat removed from your abdomen.  If you are worried, schedule your abdominal liposuction as a separate procedure.

One liter of fat removal from the abdomen will help but you also have excess skin.  If you are not intending future pregnancies you may want to consider a tummy tuck for a flatter, tighter tummy.  I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
