Most effective and latest liposuction? (photo)

Question

I’m mid 40’s, 5’4”, 122 pounds, 3 kids. My saddlebag area has always been a trouble spot. There’s different types of liposuction, what’s the most effective and less side effects/risks and less invasive/downtime? Is there a latest and greatest method the most advanced plastic surgeons are doing that I should look for?

Getting lipo with the micro canulas under  local anesthesia with a little  iv sedation is the only way to go.  Your doc can stand you up during the procedure to fine tune the results which makes a world of difference.  Make sure he/she does the quantum/morpheus also at the same time since it tightens up the skin the very best if you want the best  results possible.

From the photos you appear to be a good candidate for liposuction.  The key to great results rests much more with selecting the right surgeon rather than a particular technology.  Visit the ASPS website to find board certified plastic surgeons near you.  You can review credentials and see before/after photos.  You can then schedule consultations with those that meet your criteria.  Be sure to ask lots of questions at your appointment! I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

This area would do well with just liposuction to remove excess fat. The skin in this area settles down nicely and you do not need ultrasound, laser, or radiofrequency there.
