After having my two children, my breast became very saggy, which made me feel uncomfortable and insecure about myself. Hi everyone, I refuse to give Abraham Polanco Safadit the title as doctor because a doctor is to do no harm. But what he did to me damaged me permanently. I live on the east coast of the United States and I visited Abraham Polanco Safadit when I was 18 years old in July of 2016 after viewing a woman who had a wonderful experience with him except she took the faja off too early and the implant shifted, she put the faja back on and it returned to normal. So she removed that part of the review after Safadit said it wold damage his practice. But I believed since it returned to normal I was going to have an ok surgery experience. So we communicated by e-mail in English, he told me I would pay $3,800.00 for the surgery with liposuction and would need to stay for 12 days and I stayed at the Ciplaci recovery house which was $90.00 a day. I met Safadit on the second day of me being in the Dominican Republic and I was made aware that he does not speak English but there wold be an interpreter in the room. He was also aware that I do not speak Spanish but I can understand a lot because I can speak a language similar to Spanish, I listen to a lot of Spanish music, and it is a little similar to English. Very easy to understand at least wha it is pertaining to. He had a female assistant in his office while we were discussing everything about surgery. He kept saying to her “tu eres muy sexy” repeatedly, Dominicans have a different culture but I thought it was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional to be saying that during an examination. So I asked him in e-mail and in office what brand implants he would use. He stated euroslilicone and silimed specifically a butt implants brand. He showed me the implant and said he would use 221cc. I thought that was very small because in person it was about the size of a tangerine. They told me that the way they will place the implant will even out and look bigger in my body. I thought well I am already here there is no going back now. I told the doctor I wanted the intra muscularly because it is a safe plane because there are a lot of complications if you place them just under the skin and over the muscle. I also asked for the box to the implants after surgery because I am sentimental and wanted to remember them like a shoe box. A lot of the questions I had the his assistant did not interpret because her English was not the best she did not understand a lot. So after surgery I liked the result because I was swollen. I asked the assistant for the box to the implants and she told me Safadit had thrown it away but they will bring a card for me. I thought that was good enough for the insurance on the implant if it were to rupture I could hopefully get a new pair. Little did I know it was all a scam because he put a 260cc breast implant in me and thats why I never got the box. I paid for the surgery and after that Safadit turned into a different person that was verbally aggressive and unwilling to help me. I had a seroma and my drains kept filling up with fluids. Safadit blamed me for the reason stating I was too active and did not sleep enough. I asked for sleeping medicine but the stuff they had at Ciplaci did not work, I paid for all medications to help me that he recommended. After 1 week he told me I can sit down butt with good posture not on the implant. So I did that and I even rode in the car but made sure with good posture. A lot of stuff was lost in translation and misunderstood because I can only speak English and he only spoke Spanish. Because of my problems after surgery I was not able to leave the Dominican Republic on my scheduled flight and had to pay to take a later flight out of the country. Safadit was so angry with me constantly yelling and shouting because I only brought a few extra dollars with me so I could not afford to keep paying for Ciplaci. I was too afraid to go to a hotel because I am new to this country, first time leaving the USA, and I cant speak Spanish. He did not care he wanted me out. The other patients at Ciplaci told him he needs to make sure I am safe so he allowed for me to stay at Ciplaci a few more days. In my last days the drain ripped out when I was leaving out of the shower. So Safadit just told me to leave get on the plane to America and go, his exact words were whatever happens, happens and it is my responsibility. So long story short I returned to America and the implants were so pointy and you could see them protrude through the skin. It was so embarrassing people could obviously see it was not normal, some close to me even joked and called me Spongebob Trianglepants. 1 year later I applied to be on botched and I made it pretty far but ultimately because of my age and schooling they decided not to have me on the season. So 2 years later I saved up enough money to have the surgery repaired in the USA because I had to fix my confidence, because my butt was a triangle. So I had my surgery on 3/19/2018 I found out Safadit implanted a breast implant in me size 260cc placing the implants extremely high thus damaging the tissues in my butt requiring the surgeon to relocate my muscle to fill the indentation caused by the breast implants. This is when I became furious with Safadit because he blamed me for everything when it. was his negligence, lies, maliciousness, and malpractice that caused for me to have so many problems on my dime. I will add some pictures to back my story as I have no reason to lie on this man. He was the one that lied to me. I would have just taken it as a loss if the surgeon in the United States did not open me up and find a 260cc breast implant. So if you had butt implants in the Dominican Republic with Safadit get in contact with me, lets see what we can do but also get yourself checked out because you most likely have a random sized breast implant inside of you ready to rupture at any moment. But also it shows how dishonest Safadit is and how he will lie to his patients and this dishonesty makes me wonder what other things he is willing to do to his patients just for greed of money. I have contacted him many times informing him that I want my money returned but of course it says that he read it but no response.

Ok so after doing intensive research i have gone for Dr Abraham Polanco Safadit hes a trusted surgeon and has worked on more than 5 girls i know. He told me i have zero fat on my stomach & just a little on my back. Hes going to define my waiste using lipo and place butt implants because i am too skinny for fat transfer. I did all my health exams and i am in perfect health. We set the date for Monday March 9th. Does anyone have any tips or info to share w me i am so nervous as to pain afterward, going to the bathroom, showers, walking and all that stuff

Everything went great, I got there at seven in the morning. When I got there I filled out some papers and the doctor marked me up and took some pictures. After the surgery room and I was given an IV and through the IB I was given a sedation so that I wouldn't feel epidural on my back. The Epidural went great I didn't feel anything is not a pinch. After I got the epidural he turned me over and started with the surgery during the surgery all I found was moving me around and I guess that was from the lipo on my back. Then I thought the doctor and start inserting the implants and everything was done i felt no pain whatsoever All i felt was nausea but they gave me something in my IV and I was good. Then they took me to my room and they're even more nauseous the whole day yesterday I was in no pain but I kept throwing up it was the worst. Today on day 2 I came home when I got up I got so dizzy and I thought I was going to faint so I had to lay back down I had to come in the car laying on my stomach in the backseat and now I'm here at home resting a little bit of discomfort because I am on my belly besides that everything is good the pain from a 1-10 is like a four. The worst thing about the surgery is having to lay on your belly it is so uncomfortable wake up every hour that's how uncomfortable you feel you feel like you're back is going to break. Sorry if I didn't give enough feedback but I'm dictating into my phone because its so uncomfortable to write when you're on your belly.

Walking and getting out of bed is so much better, but still this whole sleeping in my stomach issue has me awake at almost 5 am:( wish i could feel more comfortable to sleep but i know it can only get better while the days go by.

It has gotten better, i still havent felt any kind of pain that has gone beyond a 3 from a 1 to a 10:) my only problem is laying on my stomach so long that my neck starts to stiffen up & hurt so bad. Tonight i finally slept over an hour as two the past 2 nights where it was torture waking up every hour. I get up w help & lay down w help over 5 times a day to walk around so my neck can rest. I find that walking helps alot normallt ill walk 15 mins very slowly and after the walk my neck is a little less sore and i can nap. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to sleep on my stomach without hurting my neck?:/ oh and my drain comes off Monday still a few more days to go i cant wait to have them remove, does anyone know if its painful when they get removed im scared fortl that..

So today i have more energy, i can sit for a couple of mins before getting a little uncomfortable. I slept a little more last night. I wish i could take a shower & these drains were removed but thats not until next monday:( i played dress up today & loved my look even though i know im still swollen.

So i got a little fever the night before yest and went to see my doc yesterday. He took off my faja and checked my incision everything was great! Im healing so fast he even had me sit on a reg chair so that i would stop stressing about sitting lol. I went to his office laying in the back of the car and once he had me sit and realize it was fine i went back home sitting regularly:) as for today jesus lord has blessed me i feel awesome im even gonna go pamper myself and do my nails and hair:) he did make my faja tighter so i have to get use to this feeling. I swear i cant wait for my drain to be removed monday so that i can take awesome pics and wear pants! Ill post a pic after i pamper myself later

I am soooo excited to haveto have my drains removed! But im a little scared can anyone tell me their experience w drain removal? Wasit painful? What exacly do you feel as they are being removed?

So yesterday my marveloua DR removed my drains! One side i didnt feel a pinch the other side i felt the whole thing coming out it wasnt pain just a weird feeling. I am so relieved without the drains omg! I feel so much more comfortable to sit & sleep & everything! Now i can get dressed and look beautiful. I have to go back on wednesday because i got fevers twice to he send a culture to the lab and prescribed more antibiotics just in case. He also prescribed me a cream for the wound and another for the bruising. Idk how many times i am going to say this but my DR is the best!

Im doing fine im use to my implants i dont feel them anymore unless i touch them, but they're suppose to soften up after 3 months so im not freaking out till then lol. But besides that everything is perfect for me im about 85% back to normal!! Loll and completely happy w my new booty!!

So ive been freaking out because i toon off my garment before hand and one of my implants moved a little. After my doctor gave me a 10 minute speach on how he told me sooo he advised i wear my garment at all times for the next 3 months and so i did & thank God my implant took its place again. The worst two weeks of my life thinking id have to go through a revision surgery lol. Just thought id share please please wear your garment for as long as your doc advices you!!!! And here is a little update pic!

Ive removed my implants, just a personal decision I didn’t want to have them anymore and went to DR. Cabral to remove them & get a bbl now i feel 10x better.

I will never get butt implants or any implants of that sort after my experience. At first and for the first 6-8 months everything was alright. I went back to the doctor that put them in and he opened me again only to find out though it got better i had the same problem. But only that this time i got a bruise and the skin looked weird because it was thinning out and went to andifferent doc (Dr cabral) for a second opinion. It turned out my implant was protruding and wasn’t the right implant for buttocks. I had them removed and instead had a BBL. i was 135 at the time of the surgery and i look absolutely awesome way better than the implants.i had to get two stiches where “my bruise” where the implant was thinning my skin but you can’t even see this now. I am one year post of my surgery with doctor cabral (1/9/18) I am soooo glad that stage of my life is over. Just wanted to clear this up. I wanted to wait until everything was healed so that I won’t give a rushed review like I did with my previous doctor.
