My goal is a softer and more feminine appearance as I feel my nose is quite strong right now. I’ve always had small lips as well so I wonder if filler would help with that? I think my nose is what is throwing off the balance the most though and not giving me the petite feminine profile and appearance I’m looking for. I’d love to see a digital alteration of my nose w/o the bump and a lifted and more slender tip.

Hi @Giving4174! This would not be ideal because when the dorsal hump is shaved down, the bridge across the left and right nasal bones will be removed. This leads you with a wide flat bridge and visible left nasal bone and a separate visible right nasal bone also known as an open roof deformity....
