What is the hard bump on the side of my nose? (Photo)

It’s almost been 6 months since I had a septo rhinoplasty and I’ve developed a hard lump on the side of my bridge, right before my tip starts . I’m a bit worried as I developed a terrible cough 4 weeks post op, and my coughing was bad . I’m wondering if that could have something to do with this ? Hopefully not !

If you make the tip more narrow & angular, you will be making the nostrils appear slightly more flared. So that is a decision that should be made following the tip-plasty. Or if there is doubt, I usually wait to see what the patient thinks and do it at a later time under local. Now in answer to...
