Why does one side of my nose pull up causing a crooked smile and line above my upper lip and how can this be fixed? (Photo)

I am 51 years old . Have full dentures too and bottom . I was told it was dental but it's more of the muscle . One side of my nostril is bigger and flared too. My pholtrum is off center with my nose and my nose pulls up on one side causing the line to be crooked too .
