I am 51 years old . Have full dentures too and bottom . I was told it was dental but it's more of the muscle . One side of my nostril is bigger and flared too. My pholtrum is off center with my nose and my nose pulls up on one side causing the line to be crooked too .

Answer: Small amounts of facial asymmetry is normal.
When you say "developing", I assume you are actively noticing a change in your nose. If that's the case, it could be scar tissue setting into the supratip region resulting in fullness to this area. If this is the case, see your surgeon, as steroid injections may be warranted to halt and reverse...
Hi, thanks for your question and photo. First, you need to wait a complete year to see the final results. By your photo, you had an excellent job. It's common for rhinoplasty patients to feel insecure and worried about the results. In your case, you look great!
While the concern seems to make sense mechanically, and I've heard it before from my patients, it just never turns out to be a thing after surgery. Just be sure you've done a good job selecting your surgeon, and make sure he understands and agrees with your concerns and the exact amount you want...
