I am transgender Patient who works for a reputable company that will cover BBL/Liposuction/Fat transfer/Body Contouring. However, I have contacted a number of offices for Doctors (mainly on west coast) and they simple refuse to work with insurances. EVEN if I am willing to pay THE FULL amount to the surgical office before surgery, have the office fill out a few forms, and then be reimbursed by my company. I find this strange, to limit necessary care to trans patients for some unwillingness.
