I wanted to get an additional opinion to see if I have the start of nipple necrosis? (Photo)

I underwent a BMX with nipple/skin sparring on 5/8. I've searched the Internet extensively however can not find links to what would be the start of nipple necrosis. On my left nipple it is discolored and I'm nervous it's not just bruising that it is the start of necrosis. Please help and advise. I went and saw my ps on Friday and she assured me it's just bruising but I am scared. I had TE's placed immediately and was filled with 500 cc's of air.
