Ergun Kocak, MD

Dr. Kocak performed reconstructive surgery for me three years ago after I had a double mastectomy for breast cancer, and I can’t recommend him enough. I do have implants, but I’ve had zero problems with them, and they still look amazing 3 years later (I was not a candidate for DIEP). I’ve seen two different physicians in recent months who have both exclaimed that my reconstruction is "the most phenomenal reconstruction they’ve ever seen.” (One of them regularly sees patients who’ve had this procedure, so I know the surgical and aesthetic skill that was acknowledged by this physician was indeed genuine.)

It takes an exceptionally skilled and experienced surgeon to build something from nothing after a mastectomy, and Dr. Kocak is a perfectionist. He is also decidedly honest, kind, and compassionate, so if something won’t work, he’s upfront and will tell you. He is extremely articulate and his communication style is effortless, which I find to be a very significant and positive trait. Not all surgeons are capable of communicating so well. I find this attribute truly prevents error and confusion, due to misunderstandings that arise from a poor information exchange. Dr. Kocak is, at the appropriate times, also humorous and witty. I have a bit of a wry personality, and he had zero problem keeping up with my facetious demeanor, which really lightened the mood for me.

Dr. Kocak’s bedside manner is nothing short of extraordinary, and I felt only ease and reassurance while going through this challenging process. I occasionally saw Dr. Kocak’s partner, Dr. Tiwari, in Dr. Kocak’s absence (as reconstruction is a lengthy process with many appointments). Dr. Tiwari, too, is nothing short of sensational – both personally and professionally. Their office staff is also tremendously gracious and knowledgeable - their entire team consistently goes above and beyond to help their patients. Dr. Kocak and his team are unequivocally the BEST.

It is hard to describe how happy I am with Dr. Kocak. He is very professional, respectful, kind and humble. I have never met a surgeon so talented and yet so humble and willing to seek others' opinions. I had several appointments with Dr. Kocak prior to surgery and it seemed an endless number of questions. He answered everyone of them with patience and kindness. Before an adjustment surgery, I felt my concerns had been dismissed by the anesthesiologist and I was obviously upset when Dr. Kocak came in before surgery. I told him what happened and unbeknownst to me he spoke with the anesthesiologist and fixed the situation. Dr. Kocak is one of the many champions I have in my corner while I continue as a Cancer Survivor!

Dr. Kocak and his staff are exceptional. From my initial consultation down to the post-op visits, they made sure that my needs are met and that I only receive the best care possible. Dr. Kocak himself was very professional yet caring. He knowledgeably explained and described to me the whole breast lift procedure, making sure that I understand every detail, including its risks and complications. On the day of my surgery, they made sure that I am relaxed and ready. Dr. Kocak and his staff were very reassuring all the way. And the result of my surgery? It was beyond what I expected! I love how my breasts look now! Dr. Kocak was able to restore them to their pre-pregnancy perkiness. And I feel more confident now with my body again. Thank you, Dr. Kocak!

I am a 27-year-old woman. Despite my considerable body frame, my breasts didn’t grow much after puberty. After a good decade, I decided to go ahead and get a breast augmentation.
I did my homework and learned everything I can about the procedure. Then came the hard part: finding the plastic surgeon for my breast augmentation. I came upon Dr. Kocak during my search and that’s when I knew I had found the perfect plastic surgeon for my breast augmentation.
On the day of the operation, Dr. Kocak and his staff made sure that I was comfortable. He was very reassuring in every step. When I woke up after the surgery, I felt a bit sore and there was some pain but it was tolerable. Dr. Kocak reassured me that the breast augmentation was successful and that in a few weeks and months, I would start seeing the result of the surgery.
I am 5 months post-op and I love how my breasts look now, from A cup size to a C cup. I now have a breast size that compliments the rest of my body plus they look so natural! I don’t have to worry anymore about unflattering clothes because I look good in whatever clothes I choose to wear.
I have no regrets that I had my breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Kocak. He was the skilled, competent, and most accommodating breast augmentation plastic surgeon you could ever hope to find. Now, I am more confident with my body.

Dr. Kocak and his staff are the best! They were very amiable and accommodating from the initial consultations to the follow-up visits. They made sure that I was comfortable and at ease during my consultations. Dr. Kocak is very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the whole breast augmentation process. He attentively listened as I talked about my preferences and goals from the procedure.
Dr. Kocak and his staff made sure that my needs are met before, during, and after the surgery. They were very reassuring all the way. And the outcome of my breast augmentation is just as I want it! I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Kocak a few months ago, and I’m more than happy with the results. I’ve always wanted to enhance my chest area, and after a referral from a friend, I went to Dr. Kocak for a consultation. He was amazing. We went for a 250cc silicone implants using a breast fold incision. I felt at ease throughout the surgery and during the post-op because of the professionalism and efficiency of Dr. Kocak and his team. They were very caring and friendly, too. I can’t thank them enough for a worry-free breast augmentation experience.

Dr. Ergun Kocak is a very skilled, competent, and compassionate plastic surgeon. I'm glad I trusted him to perform my breast augmentation procedure. I was extremely nervous at first, but he was very patient and told me all the things I needed to know when it comes to breast implants. He helped me decide the best implants for me (300cc silicone) and now I'm reaping the benefits of having perkier and enhanced breasts - all thanks to Dr. Kocak! Dr. Kocak is a wonderful and skilled Plastic Surgeon. He was warm and professional and his office staff was equally caring. I went to him for a breast augmentation. Highly recommend Dr. Kocak. The whole team from front office to Doctor are caring and very professional. They put me at ease on my first visit and were honest, incredibly knowledgeable and detailed with explaining the procedure.. It was the best decision I've ever made for myself!
