I am having reconstruction. I was a 34A and asked if I could have an implant for 36A and then a small implant in the remaining breast. I was advised I might be able to be a 34B. Im being told that I can't have an implant in the remaining breast as it would be larger than my reconstruction. It is fully inflated with 50mg of silicone and 250mgs of saline but they are going to deflate it by 50mgs mgs.
