I had bilateral mastectomy last year, and had my switch 4 days ago. It seems like the actual implants look significantly smaller than the expanders. I had 350cc filled under the tissue expanders.

I would recommend seeing your doctor in order to attain a proper prognosis for your symptoms. It is very likely that this may very well be infections, which in this case you will need a thorough evaluation from your surgeon in order to asses your plans for treatment. Good luck.
With the limited history I have, I really dont think there is an option other than to have the expanders removed. The pocket needs to be irrigated, a drain placed, and you need to begin or continue with the medication your infectious disease physician perscribes.
