In your situation, my preferred method would be to use the Vaser and create a high definition look, according to your desires. Babors, I appreciate your concerns and it appears from your photos that you are an ideal candidate for micro liposuction abdominal region.
As you know, the best candidates for liposuction are fit individuals that have defined areas of fat that are non-responsive to diet exercise. You appear to check all the boxes. You obviously have well developed abdominal muscles, however they are camouflaged by a layer of fat. Micro liposuction technique, which utilizes small cannulas, will allow removal of maximal volume of fat in that area without leaving dents or other skin irregularities. Removal of this fat will allow your abdominal muscles to be seen much more clearly.
