I'm 34F healthy, athletic. I am looking to get rid of my tummy projection. I have a strong core. Will I have abs after lipo? Photos below are flexing and relaxing. I am trying to understand what to expect from my results and if I'll be happy even with a forward pelvis.

Most surgeons do fat reduction liposuction only and do not do body sculpting (as you can surmise from the previous answers). Body sculpting is revealing liposuction which brings out your underlying muscle and bony anatomy.
