We often see patients desiring harmony in regards to the frontal and profile of the face. Although a rhinoplasty can achieve balance in the mid face, addressing the lower face is equally important. I would use realself as a guide to the average price for a rhinoplasty and chin implant. A rhinoplasty is not as standard an operation is a breast augmentation. Therefore cost can be variable depending upon the magnitude of the procedure. From the photograph it doesn't appear to me that you'd benefit from a chin implant.

Prices for rhinoplasty with chin augmentation can vary from practice to practice.   When it comes to rhinoplasty I would opt for a board certified plastic surgeon who focuses on rhinoplasty.  Look for good patient reviews, and pre and post op photos demonstrating the surgeon's ability.  Do not shop for the cheapest deal, but  find a surgeon you feel comfortable with.  Sometimes that means waiting a little bit to get what you want.  But the best time to get rhinoplasty right, is the first time.
