It is extremely difficult to provide an accurate assessment of the cost of your combined rhinoplasty and chin implant over the Internet. This is because the price of your cosmetic treatment is dependent on a number of factors, including what exactly you are looking to get done, the experience and prestige of the surgeon you are consulting, your geographic location, and others considerations such as the cost of the surgical center/administration of anesthesia. For a personalized estimate and to create a realistic budget for yourself, I suggest that you consult with at least two or three board certified surgeons in your area.
It is certainly possible to #combine #surgeries. In fact, I commonly recommend other procedures to go accompany a facelift, such as blepharoplasty or a midface (cheek) lift, to name a few examples of combined procedures. The combination of multiple of facial procedures may create an optimal result. However, there may be additional options to improve the appearance of your concern to improve the overall balance of your face. Such can be best evaluated in-person. Consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in #face, #neck and #chin procedures is important to ensure you are receiving the best advice, care, and surgical experience possible. I encourage you to look at before and after photos of the surgeons actual patients and reading patient reviews of those who have had combined surgeries. The contributing factors to the #cost of both procedures include the surgeon’s fee, facility fee, medication cost and the anesthesia fee. Estimated fees may also be found here on Real Self, and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery website, Surgery.org, or PlasticSurgery.org. Also, many #payments plans exist for cosmetic procedures. Ask your surgeon's office about finance programs and lenders they may recommend as well as personal loans available through financial institutions.
A rhinoplasty is not as standard an operation is a breast augmentation. Therefore cost can be variable depending upon the magnitude of the procedure. From the photograph it doesn't appear to me that you'd benefit from a chin implant.
You are a good candidate for both by an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon--look for a surgeon who does noses that are natural and that u like and do not go by cost. Revisions are very expensive if the first surgeon does not do a good job.
Thank you for the question and the photo. It does appear that you would benefit from a rhinoplasty to make the nose smaller and a chin implant to improve the balance between the nose and the lower face. Costs for these procedures will vary based on where you have the surgery and even which surgeon performs the procedures. In the SF Bay Area, rhinoplasty fees are anywhere from $5000 to $10,000 and chin implants are typically between $3000 and $5000. Please make sure to see a board certified specialist to review your options. Best of luck moving forward!
Prices for rhinoplasty with chin augmentation can vary from practice to practice. When it comes to rhinoplasty I would opt for a board certified plastic surgeon who focuses on rhinoplasty. Look for good patient reviews, and pre and post op photos demonstrating the surgeon's ability. Do not shop for the cheapest deal, but find a surgeon you feel comfortable with. Sometimes that means waiting a little bit to get what you want. But the best time to get rhinoplasty right, is the first time.
I think that both of those surgeries are reasonable based upon the picture. The price will be dependent upon the amount of work done and the demand for the surgeon. Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
You would benefit from a dorsal reduction, osteotomies, and a chin implant. Prices vary widely based on geography. I would call several local practices and ask consultations to obtain prices.
We often see patients desiring harmony in regards to the frontal and profile of the face. Although a rhinoplasty can achieve balance in the mid face, addressing the lower face is equally important. I would use realself as a guide to the average price for a rhinoplasty and chin implant. Also, I would recommend a pre jowl chin implant which would improve the neck line and balance out the marionette area. We would love to see you in consultation.
You are a great candidate for those procedures. Rhinoplasty requires the most experience and expertise of all cosmetic surgeries, so it's worth paying more to get it done by a surgeon that has proven results that you like. In my practice, prices vary on the difficulty of the rhinoplasty, although chin implant cost is fixed. I would estimate about $7,000 for rhinoplasty and chin implantation, plus operating room and anesthesia costs. Top rhinoplasty surgeons in areas like Beverly Hills usually charge more.
