Answer: Combining a Rhinoplasty And Chin Implant In A Procedure And The Costs It is certainly possible to #combine #surgeries. In fact, I commonly recommend other procedures to go accompany a facelift, such as blepharoplasty or a midface (cheek) lift, to name a few examples of combined procedures. The combination of multiple of facial procedures may create an optimal result. However, there may be additional options to improve the appearance of your concern to improve the overall balance of your face. Such can be best evaluated in-person. Consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in #face, #neck and #chin procedures is important to ensure you are receiving the best advice, care, and surgical experience possible. I encourage you to look at before and after photos of the surgeons actual patients and reading patient reviews of those who have had combined surgeries. The contributing factors to the #cost of both procedures include the surgeon’s fee, facility fee, medication cost and the anesthesia fee. Estimated fees may also be found here on Real Self, and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery website, Surgery.org, or PlasticSurgery.org. Also, many #payments plans exist for cosmetic procedures. Ask your surgeon's office about finance programs and lenders they may recommend as well as personal loans available through financial institutions.

Answer: Rhinoplasty and chin implant will probably cost about $5000. A rhinoplasty is not as standard an operation is a breast augmentation. Therefore cost can be variable depending upon the magnitude of the procedure. From the photograph it doesn't appear to me that you'd benefit from a chin implant.

Answer: How much would it cost to get a Rhinoplasty and Chin implant? If the appearance of your nose concerns you enough, it can be cosmetically improved with a rhinoplasty. Whether it is worth doing is a decision that is personal and only you can make. A receding chin can be improved with a natural appearing chin implant.Nasal cosmetic surgery and a chin implant are frequently performed together in the appropriate patient. The ideal aesthetic result should be individualized to achieve harmony with your other facial features and improve the areas that concern you.Keep in mind that following advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do based on two dimensional photos without examining you, physically feeling your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best interest. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) or a facial plastic surgeon (otolaryngologist) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. The extent and length of the procedure, cost, and the specific operative steps to achieve an ideal cosmetic result vary from patient to patient and would depend on the findings at your consultation examination.Robert Singer, M.D., FACSLa Jolla, California

Answer: Rhinoplasty and chin implant cost? You are a good candidate for both by an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon--look for a surgeon who does noses that are natural and that u like and do not go by cost. Revisions are very expensive if the first surgeon does not do a good job.

Answer: Rhinoplasty and Chin Implant Costs Thank you for the question and the photo. It does appear that you would benefit from a rhinoplasty to make the nose smaller and a chin implant to improve the balance between the nose and the lower face. Costs for these procedures will vary based on where you have the surgery and even which surgeon performs the procedures. In the SF Bay Area, rhinoplasty fees are anywhere from $5000 to $10,000 and chin implants are typically between $3000 and $5000. Please make sure to see a board certified specialist to review your options. Best of luck moving forward!
