Surgery to make eyes look bigger? (photos)

You can probably see from the picture but my eyes are extremely small. I am considering making my eyelids bigger and then maybe getting an eyebrow lift. But the main problem I have is the actual width of my eye compared to my face, I'm not sure if it's because I have large cheekbones or just extremely small eyes or maybe the combination of the both but I would really like to make my eyes look more porpotionately big compared to the rest of my face. Thanks!

This happens when there is more than 10 mm of excess skin  THere are ways to avoid it but sometimes is very difficult to not to get this if the large amount of skin removed. The surgeon may be able to repair this with performing special procedure in the medial canthal area.

Tank you for the question and photos. This is a very common problem which can be corrected by treating the upper eyelid ptosis. I would recommend a board certified plastic surgeon or Occuloplastics surgeon. Good luck
