A preoperative 3D CT scan will be necessary before embarking into this procedure. A small incision is made in front of the ear and then another one in the mouth. having and breaking the zygoma bone will bring it more inward. Small plates are used to keep the bone in place. Great care will be taken to make the reduction symmetrical. This is a great procedure that has been mainly developed in Korea and China. 

Cheekbone reduction surgery brings in the width of the zygomatic arches which is the area of your facial width concern. It is a successful surgery and can reduce the facial width by about 5mms per side. It does not change the front portion of the cheeks. 

You have now posted 2 questions one to make eyes larger the next to reduce the cheeks. Reviewing the limited posted photos I really do not recommend anything! 

From what I can tell in your photo you are a beautiful young woman. You do not need any surgery. Your eyes are fine and maybe just a little make-up can enhance them a bit. Your face shape would be better dealt with by getting a very flattering hairstyle and not doing aggressive bony surgery for a nice looking face.

Hi, based on the photos your do have large cheeks laterally with slight flat spots, in the cheeks, anteriorly (in the front).  This combines to create too much angularity in the cheeks which is a relatively masculine cheek shape that can affect the entire face.  I have used a nasal rasp to decrease the size of the lateral cheeks combined with a dermal filler to make the front cheek more full and round thereby feminizing the entire face.  I do not agree with infracturing the zygomatic arch, which has been popular in Asia, as this creates a harsh flattening along the outsides of the face that is very difficult to reverse.  Hope this helps.
