Please disregard how old I look when forming an opinion! As you can see in the photo, I have a fairly large face and this is mostly due to my cheekbones protruding on the sides. I was wondering if there is a surgery that reduces the sides but not necessarily the front? I like my cheekbones when I smile, but overall they make my face look too big,not to mention that my eyes are really tiny and the cheekbones emphasize that. This is a popular Korean surgery, just wanted to hear some opinions.

Without photos and an exam, the best opinion is not possible. As you are a "late bloomer" , it your appearance is not extremely concerning then with age cheek fat tends to atrophy. However if you are bothered, #Microliposuction with fine cannulas in skilled hands may be the best option for you.
