Hi, based upon the attached photos both cheeks are very flat, it looks as though the chin is weak, the mandibular angles are weak and yes there is asymmetry between the cheeks as well as the entire sides of the face. The symmetry seems more pronounced because the flat cheeks and weak chin make the face appear elongated. Male faces look the most attractive (ruggedly handsome) when the face has angularity in the cheeks, chin and jaw line. Cheek augmentation using a dermal filler (I prefer Perlane now called Restylane Lyft) or cheek implants for a permanent enhancement can create angularity in the cheeks. This would make the asymmetry less apparent. Avoid having Voluma or similar dermal filler to the sides of the cheeks as this IMHO broadens the face and doesn't create the desired aesthetic appearance. Chin augmentation, with a chin implant, would add front projection and volume to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face. Mandibular angle augmentation, using a dermal filler (I prefer Radiesse) would create angularity and flare to the jaw line. Hope this helps.
