The buttock, like the breasts, have shape and volume predominantly due to fatty tissue. A better and less expensive option is the Vampire or PRP (platelet rich plasma) procedure. The final result is typically seen 3-4 months after injection. 
The cost for Sculptra is going to be expensive because it takes many vials to make a noticeable improvement in the volume of a buttock. Likely 3-5 vials per buttock, (6-10 vials for both) at a cost of $750-$850 per vial, depending where you go. 
The cost for the Vampire procedure would likely be $1500-$3000 for both buttocks, and likely give you more volume and natural feel than the Sculptra. (And I am telling you this as one of Sculptra’s biggest fans!!!)

Sculptra Instant Butt Lift is a nice alternative for someone looking to add volume to the buttocks but is not interested in surgery.  The procedure can be done in the office with minimal bruising.  You can sit on the area immediately.  You will not need any time off work.  Multiple treatments are often necessary based on desired results and are performed 6 weeks apart.  I recommend visiting with an expert injector in your area to learn more.

Not sure exactly what you mean by "butt injections"??? If you mean a Brazilian Butt Lift, lipo with fa transfer surgery, than 3 weeks off work. It is a very serious operation BTW. If you mean filler of some type injected into the buttock? Than only 2 FDA approved fillers for use are Sculptra or AlloFill. Both come in small vials and are very expensive. That is because at least 20 vials at a minimum are needed per buttock cheek. Best to see a true buttock expert boarded PS. 

Thank you for your question. This is not a simple answer as the price will vary greatly depending on the number of vials injected and the part of the country where the injections are performed. Most patients will need 20 to 40 vials of Sculptra injected over 2 to 3 sessions. In St Louis, MO we charge $8000 for 20 vials. This is going to be on the low side compared to many parts of the country.There is no downtime following the procedure.
