I had 36 vials of Sculptra injections on my buttocks 3 weeks ago, when will I see the real results?

It can take 3-6 months to see results with Sculptra. Keep in mind, the buttocks need numerous vials of Sculptra over time to build volume, and in some instances the results are subtle and will need to be combined with fat or implants to achieve desired results. Wow, are you sure they did 36 vials. I never do more than 4 to 6 at anyone time. It can take 6 to 8 weeks to see some growth, but with 36 vials at once, you might be at risks of getting granulomas. Good luck, Dr. ALDO 

Sculptra treatments normally involve several treatment sessions spaced apart over time to gradually add volume to the treated area.  It is possible not to see much in the way of results after only one treatment session and it sometimes can take a few sessions before results are seen.  I generally wait at least one month in between each treatment.
