Hi, I have polyurethane coated silimed implants placed over the muscle in 2014. I’m getting them removed hopefully this year, but I was wanting to know if there are any complications or risks associated with removing polyurethane implants? Do they have to be removed through an enbloc procedure to keep fluid contained? Is enbloc procedure more expensive? And are they difficult to remove? I was told they can be stuck like velcro and need to be cut out
